INEC declares PDP winner of Bayelsa gov’ship elections, to swears in Diri at 2pm today

INEC sets to issue Certificate of Return to PDP’s Duoye as Bayelsa Governor-elect at 2pm today.
Bayelsa Governor elect Duoye Diri and his deputy arrives INEC office Abuja for their Supreme Court ordered certificate of return before going to Yenagoa, Bayelsa for his swearing in.
