Pastor Chris Oyakhilome of the Love-World Ministry has decided to give marriage another trial months after his messy divorce.
Pastor Chris has been at the center of several scandalous stories of infidelity during his marriage to the mother of his two kids.

Though the new development has not been made known to the congregation, but it was gathered a close source to the man of God revealed that a large segment of the congregation are already aware of his plan to take a new wife.
Shockingly, it has also been learnt that the ladies have started positioning themselves to fill up the void created by Anita’s departure from his life, as a lot of fair-skinned ladies in the church’s branches at home and abroad have started jostling to become the next Mrs. Oyakhilome. But Pastor Chris is reportedly not interested in any of them.
Sources revealed that by the time he names his new bride, every member of his congregation will gape in surprise.
The billionaire pastor allegedly gave up on his former wife when it became clear to him that there was no way that they could resolve their differences and save their marriage. Previous attempts to reconcile the couple by church elders, friends and family had proved futile.
While Pastor Chris prepares to take a new bride as widely speculated, his estranged wife, Anita has since reverted to her maiden name. She is now to be addressed as Anita Ebhodaghe.

How Police Officers Followed Me To ATM To Collect Bribe in Lagos – Film Producer Recounts

A film producer and television personality, Benjamin Ogunbodede, has alleged that some police officers in Lagos followed him to the ATM to collect a N10,000 bribe on Saturday.
Recounting his ordeal, Benjamin said he picked up a lady going his way On Friday and drove into a checkpoint mounted by some mobile police officers. Then he was asked to pull over and they requested for his drivers license, which he presented to them.

According to Sahara Reporters, the police also asked him to open his boot which he did.
Having found nothing incriminating on him, the officers then asked what his connection was with the lady in his car.
When he told them she was just someone he offered a lift. The policemen then accused him of kidnapping and human trafficking.
“I told them I was just giving her a lift since I was going in the same direction.”
The explanation made no sense to the officers who then ordered him to get into his car and drive to the Ajuwon Police Station, while the lady was asked to get into their patrol van.
He wasn’t allowed to contact his family as his phones and other belongings were taken from him by the officers.
He said one of the officers ransacked his phones and laptops and found nothing incriminating. But they later discovered that his car had a different plate number.
He added, “I explained that the former owner wanted to have his number plate back since it was registered in his name, so I had to make a change of ownership, got a police report and a new number plate. That also did not impress them.”
Benjamin said he was later accused by the police officers of adultery, claiming that the woman whom he gave a lift said she was a s*x worker and he was taking her to his place and will be paid N8,000 for her services.
According to him, after challenging the policemen to bring the lady to him to repeat the allegation in his presence, and letting them understand that he wasn’t married and could not have committed adultery as they alleged, they asked him to forget the explanations and “settle them” or be thrown into jail.
Benjamin quoted them as saying, “Guy, leave story and settle us or you will be here longer than you can ever imagine.”
Benjamin said he was compelled to write a statement.
They said he was going to pay the sum of N50,000 which he refused to pay and they kept him in the cell where he passed the night till Saturday morning when he accepted to pay N10,000
According to him, one of the officers was delegated to follow him to the an ATM point at Ajuwon/Akute- Alagbole in Lagos, where he gave him N10, 000
He added, “That done, I filled their bail form, and all my properties were released to me. The officers on duty made sure I didn’t get the Divisional Police Officer’s contact details posted on the walls of the station.”

APC Levels New Accusations Against Fayose

Governor Ayodele Fayose has been accused by the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State of allegedly spending the state’s money to settle his legal wrangle with EFCC. INFORMATION NIGERIA has put together 5 interesting things to note from the statement by the party’s Publicity Secretary, Taiwo Olatunbosun.

1.He said that the APC gathered from a reliable source that a warrant for the payment of N22 million being the cost of chartered aircraft that flew Ozekhome twice from Lagos to Akure was issued and the money released almost immediately by the office of the Accountant General.
2.He noted that the N22 million is outside of the legal fee, which has been reportedly paid to Ozekhome by the state government, to pursue a personal matter for the governor whose private account was frozen.
3.The APC stated that Fayose is fond of using state funds for his personal affairs as it is the case with his latest matter with the EFCC, the same way he has been spending state’s money on adverts in several newspapers to abuse President Muhammadu Buhari.
4.Olatunbosun said that Fayose has taken corrupt practices in government to a ridiculous height by renting out his personal house in Abuja to the State Government to be used as Abuja Government House for eight years at N50 million per annum, even though Ekiti State Government has a befitting guest house and hotel called the NANET SUITES in the Federal capital.
5.Lastly, the party said that Fayose and his counsel should be reminded that it is a financial crime to use state funds for personal matters and we wish to invite the EFCC to quiz the state Accountant General and the Cabinet Office over this abuse of office and flagrant violation of financial regulations
