Tonto Dikeh getting married soon? (Photos)
When a woman is set to get married, she does things like try out makeup, dresses etc..Tonto Dikeh just did her makeup trial and said "Makeup trial for the big day"....She then said her man didn't like it..I'm presuming it's her boyfriend who she calls Mr X.Remember he spoilt her silly for her 29th birthday ..Even bought her an G-Wagon being shipped into the country now..Very few men will do that if they aren't serious with the lady or plan to wife her.
Worthy of note is the fact that, the makeup artist does alot of bridal makeup......
Since she hasn't been spotted with the C.E.O of Malivelihood ,Micheal Awolaja who used to spoil her with diamond and gold encrusted gifts ,some people think the Mr X is Dbanj .I doubt that .
I love decoding stuff lol...Congrats in advance

Ten(10) Things A Nigerian Lady Wishing To Get Married Soon Must Know
This is a no-holds-barred discourse for young women, waiting for the man of their dreams.
1) Define yourself; determine what you will or will not take, what standards and values you will not compromise on. I can tell a whole lot what you think about yourself by the kind of man you choose to be with. A girl who has low self confidence will give herself to any man at a huge discount. You must stand up for yourself, appreciate your strengths, downplay your weakness and decide the level of life you want to play at.
2) Don’t be with someone at any level lower than where you are at, socially, educationally or economically except you are convinced of his potentials and you are sure without a doubt that he is bigger than the place where he currently is.
3) He must bring more to the table than you do; he mustn’t be dependent on you in any way. He must have a place to stay, drive his own car and pay his own bills, the day you start to prop him up that day you have in your hands a liability. Don’t get me wrong here he doesn’t have to own a house or drive a car, however he shouldn’t be living in your apartment and driving the car you bought while you use public transport. After you are married, of course he should be able to use your things, perhaps life deals him a hard blow and he needs time to recuperate, that’s fine. But before the marriage, before you say I do, make sure he is not using you as a crutch.
4) He must buy you gifts; this is a sure sign that he is seriously with you. Do not take the lack of money as an excuse. The thought of giving you a gift no matter how inexpensive it is, is what is most important. He must get you a gift on your birthday at least. Note that if he forgot your birthday it’s not a crime, some people are bad with dates so that’s fine. He can make it a belated birthday gift.
5) You must be proud to show him off to your family and friends, he could be short and fat and ugly but if you love him, you will be fine with his looks.
6) Don’t manage him ever; if you don’t really know if you love him and are just cordial to him, you are probably with him because you feel you are getting old. Well wine gets finer with age so who cares, (flips weave). It’s better to be 40 and have peace than be 30 and unhappy with broken ribs.
7) Let him be the one to impress you not the other way round; before you are married to him, you shouldn’t be the one trying to impress him, you are the queen, the princess, it is on you that the choice ultimately rests. Now I am not saying that you should be high handed and rude. I am just saying be sure you are not doing for him, what he is supposed to do for you.
8) The people that matter most in your life should at least be comfortable with him, your parents and siblings and close friends.
9) Remember that he will not change the story of the princess kissing a frog and turning him into a prince is a fairytale. If he beats you, gets drunk, flirts around, is irresponsible before you get married, he will be exactly the same man after the marriage.
10) There are good men around; don’t think the good men have finished and stick to one who treats you badly. If he is treating you the way you do not want to be treated, don’t for once think that that is the way all men are. Be sure that he doesn’t have issues to deal with. If he was molested as a child, or came from a background of domestic violence the truth is that he will have issues to deal with. Be sure that you don’t want to live with the consequence of another person’s actions because you are special and you deserve the best.
So why settle for less…?
Man Sets Wife Ablaze For Giving Birth To Only Female Children
A middle-aged woman, Mrs. Monica Nwakpuke,
barely escaped the cold hands of death when her husband, Paul,
allegedly hired assassins to set her ablaze for giving birth to female
children only.
The culprit, Paul, a patent medicine dealer, who hails from Onuojgon Ikwo Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, was alleged to have hired assassins to kill his wife because she could not give him a male child.
The assassins were said to have trailed the woman to her father’s house where she was taking refuge over the lingering case of the male child issue with the purported aim of eliminating her.
The attackers allegedly doused her with fuel, then set her on fire and left before she was taken to the hospital where she is battling for survival.
The victim’s younger brother, Mr. Sunday Nwigbo, said for the past 12 years when Paul impregnated Monica when she was a student of Enyi Community Secondary School in Ikwo, there had been no genuine love between the husband and wife.
Nwigbo disclosed that Paul became furious with his wife because she only gave birth to female children without a male child.
A close family source added that since Paul impregnated his wife at a tender age before marriage, he had on several occasions sent her back to her parents before he allegedly hired the attackers to kill her.
“Three men laid ambush for Monica in the night waiting for her when she came out to use the toilet and when she eventually came out that night, the attackers rushed and grabbed her while one of them slapped her repeatedly on her face before forcing her onto a standby motorcycle and sped off,” a the source narrated.
Another source said that Monica was brought down from the motorcycle, stri*ped Unclad and blindfolded after which they poured fuel on her and set her ablaze.
“When they discovered that she had been severely burnt to the extent that she may not survive it, they abandoned her and ran from the scene,” the source said.
The victim is currently receiving treatment at the Federal Teaching Hospital, Abakaliki.
Though all efforts to get the reaction of the culprit proved abortive, the state Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Chris Anyanwu, said he had not heard about the assault on the woman but promised: “I will get back to you when I confirm it.

BLEEDING Tree Gives Scientist The ‘Shock of His Life’
BBC Two documentary Nature’s Weirdest Events investigates bleeding trees and shows a lot of footage of a blood-red liquid oozing out of bark.
Presented by Chris Packham, the BBC Two doc
delves into the myths, legends and eye-witness stories, now caught on
camera, of blood pumping from the trunks of trees.
Interviewing one footage creator, Packham hears how a scientist and tree surgeon got a ‘shock’ after cutting into a trunk.
He says: “I was chopping down a tree and got the shock of my life”
Pathologist David Rose says this phenomenon is on the increase.“We get quite a few every year,” says Rose. “They vary from where people have cut the branch off and they bleed to where blood appears to come through the bark… we worry about this bleeding being either a disease or more supernatural.”
“If we cut across the trunk that would be a bit like cutting across the limb of an animal, you would severe the artery and fluid would come gushing out,” explains Packham.
In the video above they show the shocking footage of the seemingly distressed trees.
Also in the programme Packham investigates more unusual natural events, with reports on fish ‘walking’ out of the water in Florida and bees in France that are making multicoloured honey.

A Day Before The Coma, Truth About What Happened To her
He wrote;
‘So sad, this has got to be one of the saddest moments in my life. There should be some corrections though. She was on a flight from Los Angeles to Chicago, but she collapsed and was taken to a hospital in Las Vegas. She died in Vegas but she didn’t die pf pregnancy complications. I was with her the day before she collapsed. She had been in Los Angeles already. She performed at Gospel Faith Mission House of Testimony on Sunday. There was a whole crew and we spent the entire day shooting the video. The next day, she was supposed to board a plane to Chicago for what I believe was either another concert or another video shoot, I’m not exactly sure but as she boarded the plane and they took off, she collapsed. The pilots were forced to land the plane in Las Vegas, Nevada and there she was taken to the hospital.
The next day, Monday, she was shooting a music video in Hollywood, CA. I was one of her camera guys. She seemed fine that day, and I could see nothing wrong with her at all. She was happy, smiling, dancing, laughing and enjoying herself.
She’s been in a coma ever since and now this. She’s passed and my heart is heavy. I had so much fun shooting her video. And if you could see all the excitement was caused, you would be so happy. It is a sad moment indeed. I just can’t believe this. R.I.P. because you served the Lord well Kefee. R.I.P.’
Pregnant Woman Commits Suicide In Edo
A middle-aged woman in Akoko-Edo Local Government Area of Edo State, Ometere Aduga, has reportedly committed suicide.
The mother of two, who was said to be pregnant, was said to have
committed the act by hanging herself with a rope she fastened to a
ceiling fan.
Her unclad body was reportedly discovered in her apartment hours after she did not come out of bathroom, where she said she was going.
A neighbour said the victim had, a few days ago, visited a private hospital, where she was said to have told the hospital personnel of her intention to commit suicide because of a pregnancy she was carrying.
She was said to have been counselled against the act and told to report back on Monday for medical examination and counselling.
“Ometere was a very brilliant girl who was a 300- level medical student at the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, before she withdrew due to health reasons. She also had some mental disorder but later recovered and married. Her husband is not from here, so she has been staying with her parents,” a family friend said.
When contacted, the Divisional Police Officer (DPO), Hilary Udoh, confirmed the incident, saying, “yes, it is true and the parents said they have taken it in good faith.”

SERAP, Others Support Life Imprisonment For Corrupt Public Officers
The lawyers told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) that such a punishment would reduce corruption in the country.
Mr Adetokunbo Mumuni, Executive Director, Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP), a rights advocacy group, blamed corruption for the insecurity and poverty being faced by Nigerians.
“SERAP is in total support of any law that will help to reduce corruption, but it must be properly enforced.
“The problem of Nigeria is not lack of laws but lack of the political will to enforce such laws,” Mumuni said.
A human rights lawyer, Mr Fred Agbaje, noted that corruption was punishable with death in some advanced countries.
Agbaje said:”Being that the death penalty is going out of practice, the recommendation for life imprisonment of corrupt officers is acceptable.’’
He added that people convicted of corruption should also forfeit their assets to the government.
“In other words, once you are convicted of corruption or other corruption related offences, apart from life imprisonment, you should be made to forfeit all your assets to the government,” he said.
In his reaction, Mr Adebamigbe Omole, a former Chairman of the Ikeja Branch of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), told NAN that the recommendation was a welcome development.
Omole said: “Except we begin to do things like this, corruption will continue to be an endemic thing in this country.
“In fact, I would have recommended death penalty because, even those sentenced to life imprisonment, can be pardoned in future.
“They will be free to enjoy their ill-gotten wealth to the detriment of the nation.”
